ISPT has genuine interest in young people investing in change

Industry Superannuation Property Trust this week proudly announced their co-sponsorship of Leadership for Change 2009. ISPT has generously contributed to programs supporting impoverished women and children in northeast Thailand, Burma (cyclone devastated Irrawady villages) and also in Melbourne with young Australians.

"We are very pleased to have ISPT as a co-sponsor of Leadership for Change," said Justin Whitecross, Executive Director and founder of Openaid.

"Darly Browning, Betty Shallard and team at ISPT are leaders whose commitment to community development and well-being of children and vulnerable people makes them a natural choice as our partner to promote awareness of issues affecting us all globally."

"The Leadership for Change program is one of the biggest activities coordinated by Openaid in Australia. Thousands of University students and members of the public are expected to watch results and attend various program sessions in Melbourne. Media and international press are expected to carry coverage of the program."

"The continuing sponsorship attests ISPT's genuine interest in alliance with grassroots Australian activities making good investments in people. They really don't chose Openaid for promotional value, but because they want to support passionate young people offering their talents and energy to support the needs of disadvantaged people."

"We are really motivated to provide another medium to communicate their heart and philanthropy, even toward our target audiences. We are greatly honored to be supported and put into a unique position to coordinate truly meaningful and relevant programs."
