Strengthening women and girls against exploitation
What if young Asian girls had proper education and support to gain skills and confidence necessary to achieve their dreams?
Unfortunately, many girls across the Greater Mekong sub-region have little hope of completing good education. Discrimination against girls education, poverty and family debt leave millions of girls disadvantaged and vulnerable to trafficking and abuse.
Justin Whitecross, founder and director of OPENaid, has created an effective response to support women and particularly young girls affectd by poverty, sexual exploitation and hopelessnes. His dream to provide a holistic and empowering approach that supports and facilitates social, spiritual and economic development is now reality.
OPENaid's approach puts people first and focuses on individualised, long-term support to reduce vulnerablity and support empowerment.
OPENaid people are uniquely skilled and experienced, extremely dedicated to be used, helping the poorest and most vulnerable realise transformation, freedom and hope.
