The great Aussie Barbecue!

Since starting Openaid in 2002, young people have dedicated so much energy and time to deliver fantastic community barbecues every weekend across Melbourne. Now, with strong relationship with JB HI FI at Essendon DFO, we run Saturday and Sunday barbecues for everyone to enjoy!

The program raises vital funds for Openaid's work and development. But it goes way beyond this, producing and nurturing amazing opportunities for young Australians to:

1. learn new skills and develop important personal qualities
2. develop relationships and manage commitments  
3. practical action to bring hope and dignity to impoverished women and vulnerable young girls in Southeast Asia

Everyone at Openaid loves the BBQ and its reach.
